Tangling outside the Box

This is my "outside the box" contribution.   I did the tangle for some friends that like fish and gave it to them on a card just before my birthday. And on my birthday, they gave it back to me on the mug. Such
good friends and so clever.

This was done on a wooden box - not really "outside the box" but on it! So fun. I was afraid I would run out of ideas, but it just kept going and I could have done ten of them.  : )

Bead Embroidered Cuff

This is a commission piece using the customers focal bead that they made in a glass class.
I glued the bead down in the middle and just started beading! Sometimes I have a pattern
in mind, but usually not, I prefer to let the beads lead me. I was pleased with the outcome
and hope the customer will be as well -she wanted to be "surprised"!

Quandary Tangle
With Strircles

This is my first attempt at a blog - so here goes nothing! I just started Zentangling a few months ago, and am totally wrapped up in it. I have spent the last 10 years beading and working with Polymer clay.
Here are a few of my tangles - not in order of completion.

Another example of Phicops along with Bunzo
Gental Petals, & Heartstring
This is one of my very favorite tangle patterns!
It's so easy and so much can be done with it.

This is my "Best of Show" ribbon from our local Gold Rush Days Fine Arts Show. Such an honor!
